Elizabeth N. Lawton

Elizabeth is a Fractional COO, JHU-trained systems engineer, and former US Department of Navy Acquisition Professional and career Military Logistician. After retiring from military service, she became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, earning a Holistic Health Practitioner certification. Since 2006, she’s built a personal development practice grounded in spiritual, psychological, and practical self-discipline.

Her entrepreneurial growth unfolded alongside her dedicated healing season, creating space for clarity of purpose and aligned priorities. Today, she offers a steadfast leadership backbone to her ventures, creating conditions where others can soften, release, and step into what is next.

What I choose to build, in private and in public, is rooted in a desire to support conscious growth. Some of my ventures tend to hold an active tension between progress and care. In my experience, that tension sits at the heart of responsible innovation.
